Literally every single person except Clemente was rude, unprofessional, and couldn't be more obvious about how they just didn't care. Every time I would just get passed on from one person to the next because everyone was too lazy to actually listen and help direct me to the RIGHT person who could actually help. I have been very patient over all this, but this has just become a nightmare and ridiculous. Not to mention my credit score went down almost 100 points. More
