He made the experience of buying a car easy and not intimidating. He was knowledgeable and professional. Your Finance Manager was also friendly and professional. He worked with me to get the monthly payments and the warranties I wanted and could afford. Yesterday I had to bring the car in to be sealed. Your service staff and cashier were all pleasant and professional. They all made it so easy to drop the car off and get the loaner car. They called me when it was ready for pick up.
