I am surprised when I spoke with David Murphy and he is friendly and helpful. After we talked and testing few kinds of Sonata then finally I bring home the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Turbo Limited. I was in the market for a new vehicle and was told I owed too much to carry over a balance and couldn't get the car I wanted. My boyfriend purchased a car from Ben and suggested I go talk with him. I told Ben what I wanted and the budget i was working with, and that other dealerships had turned me away. Ben took me to 3 different Fletcher lots looking for a vehicle to suit my needs. I didn't care for any of them with one exception. It was a Hyundai sonata but it was at the fletcher Nissan lot and the salesman there wasn't willing to budge on price even a dollar. I assumed it was because the commission wouldn't go into HIS pocket, and he was incredibly UNhelpful. I was somewhat discouraged but Ben said he would keep an eye out for a car he thought I would like and sure enough, about a week later, he called me and said they just got a car in that morning that he thinks I'll love. I went to the lot and saw a beautiful Nissan altima with my name written all over it (figuratively, of course)!! Ben and his colleagues were able to get me the very most for my trade-in and even sold the altima for a little less than it blue books for (that was the sticker price). I was looking to better my value for my money and Ben was persistent and dedicated to finding me a car, even when other places told me know. What i really appreciated about buying from BEN was that he wasn't pushy. I know their job is to sell cars, and that's the end goal, but i HATE pushy salesmen. I know what im looking for and pushy salespersons are annoying to me. I appreciated Ben's genuine interest in finding me a car that I love, instead of pushing me into a car just to get the sale. Ben checked online daily at selections around the area for an entire week and called ME back when he found something. That shows me that Ben cares about his customers and not ONLY about making money, which was how the man at the Nissan lot came across when he wasn't willing to help us at all. Bens dedication and workmanship made me devote my business to him and him only. Ive never met a salesman like him and i appreciated his patience with me. More
On Monday morning July 2nd I called Ben Cochran at Fletcher Dodge in Joplin, MO and told him to keep his eye open for a used Lincoln TownCar. I told him what price range I wanted to be in and what mileage I wanted the car to have. By 7pm that same day he handed me keys to a 2005 Lincoln TownCar with miles less than what I had expected to find and payments well below what I was expecting to pay for such a nice car. His overall service was exellent!!! When I decide to buy another car I will be calling Ben Cochran. More

Our Saleman Jason Brown was very nice. We had to wait over two hours to see the F&I guy, and we did not see any other customers with him. Having purchased three vehicles from John Reed of this dealership previously Jason brown had big shoes to fill. Jeremy was extremely personal and most importantly, NOT pushy. If I said I didn't like something, he was quick to move on and suggest something else I might like. We are new to the area and came in to the dealership without anyone's recommendations. Steve Crook (yes Crook)greeted us at the door,(not in a pushy way.) He showed us the Jeeps we originally came to lo without anyone's recommendations. Steve Crook (yes Crook)greeted us at the door,(not in a pushy way.) Instead of trying to talk us in to something we didn't 100% love he took the time to find the EXACT one we wanted at a different dealership in a different state. The Jeep was delivered the next day and was perfect. From the saleperson, to the sales manager, to the finance guy everything was very seamless and easy. More
I was disappointed that my husband was the only one who seemed to be important. I was actually left standing while my husband and sales personnel walked away and talked. I understand that Missouri is a little behind times when it comes to equality, and I've become accustomed to it since I moved here, but it still rankles. More
