I live in Northwest Arkansas and was in the hunt for a new Jeep. After researching, I decided what I was looking for. My local Jeep dealer was not much help and a friend of mine stopped in Fletcher in J new Jeep. After researching, I decided what I was looking for. My local Jeep dealer was not much help and a friend of mine stopped in Fletcher in Joplin, MO as they came through and spoke with Kevin. He called and was persistent (but not pushy) that he could find me what I was looking for. He sent pictures and stayed in contact with me. Within 24 hours he had found what i was looking for. I told him I needed to close the deal the next day but the vehicle he found was 4 hours away. He made special arrangements to have the vehicle delivered and closed in time for me to get my daughter to volleyball practice. He went above and beyond. I would definitely buy another car from Kevin and the other folks at Fletcher were awesome. More

Steve was great. He is friendly, respectful, and very helpful. This is the second car that Steve has sold to us and we asked for him when we went in. Afterwards he spent time with my husband and I showing us all of the features of our newly purchased Jeep (how to program the uConnect, take the doors and top off, and how to operate the sway bar and axle locks). All on his day off!! Sales people who are honest and trustworthy are very hard to come by, and we will be going to him for years to come. If you visit Fletcher Jeep in Joplin ask for Steve Crook, you will not be sorry! More
When I entered the parking lot no one ran to my car to bother me. I drove around and looked. I decided (on my own) that I wanted to talk to a sales person. When I exited my vehicle Miguel was courteous an bother me. I drove around and looked. I decided (on my own) that I wanted to talk to a sales person. When I exited my vehicle Miguel was courteous and walked up and asked me how he could help! He found he exact car I was looking for and we went for a test drive. While on the test drive Miguel was professional yet I was able to relax. I didn't feel as if I had a salesman breathing down my back. I really appreicated Miguel all the way through the purchase of the car. He was helpful, informative, and respectful. My co-worker and husband that met Miguel felt the same way. After the purchase Miguel promptly got my second set of keys to me and all was good! I will defiantely shop at Fletcher again! As a matter of fact my step-mother bought a car at Fletcher Toyota the very next day. Although she had already looked at the vehicle she wanted she bought it because I told her how nice it was working with Fletcher. Thank you Frank Fletcher and Miguel Rivero! I love my new car!! More

Several years ago I bought a car here and was 110% satisfied; however, I have had two bad experiences since then. I was given a coupon for a free .I called a week in advance to make an appointment. satisfied; however, I have had two bad experiences since then. I was given a coupon for a free .I called a week in advance to make an appointment. I showed up on time for the appointment and had to wait three, yes, three hours to get my car back. When I called to make the appointment, I specifically asked if I should get a ride home and leave my car for the day. Whomever made the appointment (not sure who) said, "Oh no, that is not necessary; a detail takes around 30 minutes. As I said, I showed up on time, asked several times why my car was taking so long. A manager, yes, a manager said he could not control "the guys in the back" and how busy they are. Well, isn't this precisely why I made an appointment? I don't recall waiting this long at a doctor's office, at a hospital to get a room, or this long for surgery! Come on! I made an appointment in advance to AVOID sitting around wasting time. Why is it that my time is of little value and why is it such disregard is given to a good customer? I asked the cashier why I was asked to make an appointment when it did no good at all. She was not to blame and did not know why. Shouldn't my car be at least started at the scheduled time or in a reasonable amount of time? Furthermore, if the workers KNEW it would be THREE hours, couldn't they have apologized and asked me to come back another day apposed to wasting three hours of my busy day? This was handled very poorly. My care was NOT cleaned; at the very least, vacuumed and the outside washed. The windows were dirty as well as the dashboard and the inside. Was my appointment ignored because I had a FREE coupon, no money was being made? I guarantee Frank Fletcher has made plently of money from the sale of my care and the services I get there. I won't have my care serviced there again. Also, I was given two estimates of services I need done to my car. I received two other estimates considerably less for the same services. Great salesman, very professional as well. Told him what I wanted and he found it, called and I bought it . Would highly recommend him and still have the Fletcher tag on the front of my BMW.
