Got called by Alex Cupp with a great offer to come by and look. So went by that evening to check it out, was greeted with a smile and handshake. He showed my wife and I a Dodge Grand Caravan. The ins and outs, bells and whistles and even for a test drive. Not once did we feel stressed or pressured. Arrived back at the dealership, I myself not really feeling the minivan, we decided to checkout a Dodge Journey. He showed us happily, explained the different features that it comes with compared to the minivan, had a few laughs here and there. Drove it around, and loved it. Paperwork, insurance and financing went by without a problem. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Left with another smile and handshake. Wife picked up the vehicle the next day with a fresh detail. Great experience all-around from start to finish!! More
