Poor sales experience, avoid this dealer I dealt with Nicole about a used 2016 pickup truck they were selling. She was evasive and of no use answering questions and refused to provide me any pictures of the truck. All she seemed interested in obtaining was my name, address, email and phone number. Her sales skills were seriously lacking. Needless to say I will not be paying Nicole a visit to attempt to buy this truck. More

One word...HORRIBLE The incompetence of this dealership is astonishing. In three years we have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and they will never get our busines The incompetence of this dealership is astonishing. In three years we have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and they will never get our business again nor will they recieve any recommendations from us. A one star review is giving this dealership more than they are worth, they deserve a negative rating. Upon the purchase of a brand new special edition Ram from their lot last October, it took them 4 tries just to order the correct door seals. That's with me specifically pointing to the seals that needed replacement and they still got it wrong; 4 TIMES IN A ROW!! Recently the truck has developed a death wobble and this dealership tries to claim alignment issues. Well what they don't know is the vehicle was just laser checked at one of their competitors FOR FREE and the vehicle is wthin the recommended parameters. Also the truck recieves monthly maintenance and tire rotations. After two days Fletcher wanted to charge $100 just to check the alignment, they were still unsure that this would fix the issue. The truck is one year old, still under manufacturer's warranty and the additional 7 year, 120,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty purchased through them at the time of the vehicle purchase. I will be taking my business and anyone who will listen to a car lot that cares about repeat business and customer service. This company will do their best to lay blame off them and on others. They are now claiming DNW performance performed subpar work which voids manufacturer's warranty. All work was completed on the truck months before I purchased it. I specifically brought up the issue of aftermarket parts upon the purchase of the vehicle because I knew the manufacturer's warranty would not cover those parts and that's the reason I purchased their warranty because they assured me it would. I told them without warranty on the aftermarket products, I will not be purchasing the vehicle. They assured me it was covered bumper to bumper with their warranty and also noted it on the truck's paperwork along with their initials. Skip one year later and now they are not honoring their end of the bargain which leaves me feeling that this vehicle and the additional warranty was sold to me under false pretenses. I just wanted my 50k truck fixed, and now I have to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket because of their lies. WORST CAR LOT AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!! More
