Visited to trade in my Dakota for a new Ram. Todd was extremely helpful with finding me a new vehicle, which i love by the way, and the finance manager was nice and helpful. We received a letter telling us of the sale going on the last day of the year and decided to just check it out and look. We had received a courtesy call from Mike Proffitt a couple days before the sale after I did the RSVP, so we asked for him when we arrived. We received a WalMart gift card and a Starbucks gift card just for attending. Mike asked us what we were interested in and I told him we were just browsing and didn't know if we were ready to trade again yet. Mike went above and beyond to try and help us find what we were looking for. He was very professional and a very good salesman. We traded vehicles and he got us a deal we thought was good and even showed us how to set the clock and calibrate the compass setting. He is the first car salesman that we have ever had that was interested enough to make sure we knew how everything was set and worked in the new vehicle before we left the lot. It is salesmen like Mike that make a car dealership worth trading with. Everyone else we dealt with including Caleb who explained the financial part and finalized the paperwork was very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make us feel good about being there.
