However, with the current state of affairs we are in with COVID-19 I feel the staff and dealership should have had more measures in place for staff and customers. I did not witness people wiping down cars nor was I offered the opportunity to test drive from home or home delivery that many dealerships are offering. During the delivery of the car much time was wasted discussing financing options which were previously discussed and warranty packages that could have been handled in advance instead of taking extra time.
