Don’t believe their online trade in quote. It is simply a gimmick to get you in the door. They offered over 4k less than their quote and their only reasoning was “it’s just wrong”. Before I made the over an hour trek to the dealership I asked multiple times if the online quote was correct. Rather than say that they can be off sometimes they gave the generic, “we need to get our hands on it” response, which made it sound that if the vehicle was in the described condition I would get the quote amount. That was not the case. I would rather be told the truth and save time than to be led astray. I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from Boucher in 6ish years and will not be purchasing from them again. I value my time and don’t appreciate being given the runaround. You lost a customer that purchases a fair amount of vehicles. More
