Ordered a new Sorento PHEV through this dealership. Took quite a while to arrive, but that is on Kia, not the dealer. Experience once the car arrived at the dealer was very good. Our original sales rep (Beatrice) had left the company, so we were handed over to Bryan, who was easy to work with. All the numbers were as-expected, no shenanigans. Only a small effort to get us to buy a protection package, no big pressure. Trade-in offer was reasonable and we got some flex from them on that when I presented some evidence to higher value. Process was a bit on the slow side, but that is quite common in my experience. All the important stuff - the numbers mostly - were spot-on. Worth noting: We are not from Wisconsin, but from the north suburbs of Chicago. We ordered through this dealer because it was nearly impossible to find one in the Chicago area that would make the custom order, and only charge MSRP for it. Not only that, but this dealer is capable of handling the local taxes for IL and Cook County, and the IL plates stuff. I would definitely recommend this dealer More
