Purchased a 2022 Expedition over the phone, had the car shipped. Spoke to several people, and all willingly to make the deal work. Okay, I can handle that myself. Then there was only 1 set of keys, that would have been nice to be told. Fast forward a few days after my wife driving it she tells me keyless entry on the door doesn’t work at all, and rear wiper doesn’t work either. I understand I purchased a used car, but it was still $50K+ and only 2/3 years old. Would have been nice if this was actually taken care or noted prior to purchasing. Other than that, my wife does seem happy with it. More
