Brought my truck in for a repair that was done incorrectly over 2 years ago. To add insult to injury I was charged $800 to fix it and they wanted to sell me new tires because mine would “ explode” incorrectly over 2 years ago. To add insult to injury I was charged $800 to fix it and they wanted to sell me new tires because mine would “ explode”, they were damaged because of the initial repair being done improperly. I had taken it to be aligned and that shop mechanic told me that they couldn’t do it because of the improper repair. When I took it back after ,they were shocked that I was made to pay for the repair and offered to talk to Boucher. I had never been there before and did not know any of the workers. I bought this truck new from Boucher and am in the market for a new one now. I will be buying at a different dealership because of this mistreatment. More
