Went in for oil change and a couple of issues I had recently. I was told they were too busy and could only do oil change. I can understand that however when they oil change was done they made me feel l recently. I was told they were too busy and could only do oil change. I can understand that however when they oil change was done they made me feel like I was a bother and gave me a card telling me to call and schedule service. Why could they not take the time to schedule the service right then? I am busy at work so now I have to call to get service scheduled also. I will call but it will be somewhere else. Sorry but I have been a loyal customer for oil changes for years but it is time to find someone that is happy to take my money, make me smile, and feel better about service. I also can't stand the bullying method Chevrolet dealers use saying if you can't give a perfect review don't give one unless you call. They did an oil change and nothing more or special. Thanks for doing the oil change right. More
