I originally went to Fox VW because they were the only dealer in the area that had the car that I wanted - it's a little out of the way for me - but soon learned that it was well worth the trip. Nick was very fair on my trade and treated me with respect. On the day of delivery the owner came by and personally introduced himself. I also observed the service department and loved that they have a board that advises the status of any service being perfomed. Good customer serivce always starts with solid and postivie communcations. Other dealers could learn from FOX. Alex went above and beyond the duties of a typical salesman and I would recommend him to others. This was by far the best purchase experience I have had. More

Alex Giacona and Nick Schrah took amazing care of my wife and I. We were currently leasing a 2012 VW Passat that we wanted to get out of early. My wife and I were in the market for a newer vehicle. We started looking online for used VW Jetta TDI's. I had found one at another dealership, but when I went there to look at it, it was already sold. Wh started looking online for used VW Jetta TDI's. I had found one at another dealership, but when I went there to look at it, it was already sold. While at this other place, I test drove another one for more money, which I was not interested in and they did not want to work with on price or find something to fit our needs. While talking with their salesman, my wife was searching online for other dealers in the area and we found Fox. We drove there and we're overwhelmed at how well the customer service was and the friendliness of the staff. Alex answered all of our questions, got us into a payment we could afford and did not pressure us one bit. I felt very crowded at the other dealer, but felt so relaxed with the Fox group. I live a good distance from Rochester Hills but will be referring everyone to Fox. More
