2013 VW Jetta Oil Change and Recall Work I tried Volkswagen of Crystal Lake for the first time after moving to the community. Alan Shapiro was my assigned service representative. I brought th I tried Volkswagen of Crystal Lake for the first time after moving to the community. Alan Shapiro was my assigned service representative. I brought the Jetta in for a scheduled oil change. Alan took the time to do a check for recalls, warranty issues, and service bulletins related to my model and year and found that the steering lock needed to be checked. I mentioned that I was having problems removing my key - they checked, found the part was faulty and replaced it under warranty and now no issues with removing the key! :-) I am extremely pleased with Alan's professionalism, attention to detail, no high pressure sales, etc. 'Appreciated the free wash too! I'll always schedule service with Alan and recommend you do too! ;-) Keep up the great work Alan! More

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Hete’s My experience: - called for an appt on a Wednesday. Secured an appt for that Saturday. (!!) - I arrived 10 minutes early. They were ready to serve and deliver. Service with a smile. Knowledgeable personnel (!!) - came in for an Oil Change, they took care of 2 recall issues at the same time (!!) - all ready within 1.5 hrs.. Had enough time to have breakfast with friends just across the street. Much to do around the area. (!!) - checkout was friendly, informative and fast. (!!) - They even washed my car and filled fluids which I forgot to tell them to do but they took care of it anyway. (!!) You can’t go wrong with this team.
