We were referred to Frank from friends that have bought cars from him for years. They would not go anywhere else. Frank set us up with Rudy. Since new cars are challenging to get at this time, Rudy was great at showing us different options and find the car that checked all of the boxes for us. He was able to educate us on what certified pre-owned is, as well as how warranties work for used cars and things to consider on maintaining resale value since we do plan to buy a new car in the next year or so. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will be back for a new car once new car inventory improves including chips for the luxury of heated seats and steering wheels (I am not willing to go without these in our Illinois winters)!
