Our experience was enjoyable although it took longer than it should have because we returned from driving the car before that first salesmen came into work. Although I think the Encore was a bit over-priced because it was new, we got a fair deal. I would consider buying another Buick if GM made a true sports sedan under the nameplate. However, front-wheel six-cylinder vehicles are not of interest to someone looking the a car the has better capabilities (like the Grand National car of yester-year). Since I'm a wine importer, why don't you give every buyer a bottle of wine as a "thank-you"? More

I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to at least go, test drive, and gather information from Fox Valley. Included was free Onstar, XM radio, and all scheduled maintenance for 2 years. They worked hard to help me go through the process, even when I didn't have all of the paperwork I needed up front. The General Manager Mike and his team are very friendly and go out of their way to take care of you (and when I say "team" I mean each and every single staff member I ran into made sure I was taken care of). Not to mention the new Buicks are very underrated and provide a great value, I couldn't be happier. -Tony More

From the moment we walked in, it was apparent that there was something different about this dealership. The sales professional we worked with (Ted Wenecki) was extremely patient and took the time to answer all our questions --- even when asked multiple times. It was not a typical car sales experience that I've dealt with in the past. Instead, I was made to feel extremely comfortable about the entire process and provided all the necessary information to feel confident about the purchase. We also appreciated the fact the dealership's GM (Mike Castagnino) took the time to come over and sincerely thank us for our business.
