Being my fist new car, I was dauntingly slow to figure out what I wanted to get, but Eric was there every step of the way helping me through the process. When I stop in for an oil change, I always keep an eye out for Eric so we can catch up. I could think of no better person to welcome someone into the Subaru family. Sellers never ceases to amaze me- over this winter I got into an accident, with my Forester XT in shreds I sent it to the repair shop, when they weren't able up get the job done, they got it to Sellers where Kim R. took care of my baby and took care of me. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my car and had something to drive when my car was in the shop. It's support like this that you can't get anywhere else. It was an all hands on deck type of service I test drove the Forester and Outback at Suburban Subaru in Troy but felt I had to purchase the car that evening. Dawson was helpful in going over the vehicle package and I was able to test drive a vehicle with the same package but different color. There was information about the vehicle that I wasn't shown the first time around and found useful. I was convinced! When I came to the signing appointment I was greeted by a staff that was as excited as me for my new car. Jamie did an excellent job explaining the finances and coverage options. Briana thoroughly went over the features and helped set up my phone and navigation. I have a follow-up meeting with Cameron to go over any questions I may have. Don't let the age, gender or clean clothing of the service personnel fool you - these folks know your car's needs, and they ensure your and your car's needs are met before you leave. The maintenance area is clean, bright, and the service reps and technicians are friendly and customer service oriented. I believe most of them drive Subaru themselves, not because they got employee discounts, but because they believe in the products themselves. I feel good about letting them work on my Subie because I know they are more than just employees, they are an integral part of the Subaru family. More
