New to the Subaru Family/Brand I went looking for a new Forester at another Subaru dealership. Fell in love with the car but was quoted a very high price. After searching on the int I went looking for a new Forester at another Subaru dealership. Fell in love with the car but was quoted a very high price. After searching on the internet and talking with a friend, I was referred to Kevin and looked online at Seller's price for a Forester. Surprisingly the out the door cost @ Sellers Online website (before even speaking with Kevin) was 4k lower than what I was being quoted at another dealer. I brought this to the other dealer's attention and they continued to want to waste my time and negotiate a price around that range. I finally called Kevin, who was polite and prompt. He took my information and got me an even more competitive quote, the first time I called him. To avoid the run around I chose Sellers as they provided me with a fair price from the start. When I came in to get my car, the dealership was clean the people I dealt with were incredibly nice (Jon the sales manager and Jamie the finance manager included). I traded in an older car brand that is no longer in business. Jon, sales manager, was honest and upfront about how the turnaround process works with selling trade-in cars and came up from his initial offer to give a fair price on a trade in without trying to over-negotiate. Overall Kevin took really good care of us to make it seem like we weren't being "sold" or haggled. Kevin and team made it seem like we were human beings buying a car. Surprisingly this was one of the dealers (all brands) where I found there was little to no intimidation/pressure from start to finish. I would recommend Kevin, Jon and Jamie to family members looking for a Subaru in the future. More

The car color and preferences I was looking for was not available at Sellers, but that did not stop Tom. Tom took the time to find the car I wanted and had it arrive at the dealership the next day. When I came back to pick up my new car and sign the rest of the paperwork, Jamie was very knowledgeable in explaining to me all the packages available and the documents I needed to sign in order to close the deal on my brand new Subaru. Afterwards, Tom showed me how to use Starlink, connect my phone via Bluetooth, and answer any questions I had regarding the functions to my new car. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More
