My husband was in Hospice care at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and I needed service done on my vehicle. Mel arranged to have me dropped off and the vehicle delivered back to the hospital which allowed me to spend more time with David. She did this without me asking for any favors. She is a true asset to the Subaru Service Dept. and I consider her my friend. More
Got a letter from Subaru for an recall about harness issue. Proposed time was about 45 min. I arrived at the dealership and talked with the service adviser Jacob Carr that my time schedule is pretty tig issue. Proposed time was about 45 min. I arrived at the dealership and talked with the service adviser Jacob Carr that my time schedule is pretty tight this day because off some meetings. He was totally friendly, told me he will try to finish the car right on time. Only 40 min later he picked me up in the waiting are and everything was done! Car was clean, multi point inspection done and the issue with the harness was fixed! Perfect service! More
