Absolutely horrible and so inconsiderate Purchased car and have not been able to even drive it as it has been in service 3 times for same issues. Was told everytime the problems were fixed to find out a day later they were not. They have had it another week and called to let us know is ready once again, however wife and unborn baby in hospital with complications. Service manager stated that's not his problem and rental car needed to be returned ASAP... I informed him that will happen when possible. That was not good enough so they drove an hour to pick it up at hospital. My wife and Baby health are more important than their rental especially when they cannot even fix the car they sold us. More

He was rude and demeaning in subsequent conversations with me about it, and threatened several times that they would "not replace the missing keyfob since there was no way to prove they received both when service began", and told me to "direct my attention to the service manager and dealership manager if I was unhappy with this response". Additionally, the inside and outside of the vehicle were returned in an unacceptable dirty condition, worse than when the vehicle was received. Luckily, the keyfob turned up a few days later in the shop, but the damage and inconvenience to my vacation had already been done. After numerous vehicle purchases and service repairs in the past through this dealership in my family, I will not be returning to Bill Fox Chevrolet, and will be sharing my experience online, with General Motors, and in social media to ensure others hear about this. This is a sad, and unfortunate change in the otherwise exceptional service I have seen in the past through this dealership. More
I droped my car off on 7/10/13 about 9:30am with Al Schilkey Service Consultant,explained that the check engine light was on, the drivers door wouldn't open with the key & i needed 2 new key fobs. by Schilkey Service Consultant,explained that the check engine light was on, the drivers door wouldn't open with the key & i needed 2 new key fobs. by 4pm that afternoon I still didn't here from Al so I called and ask what did they find out on the car, Al said it needed an 02 senser, and a door lock cylinder i said ok put them in, the next day 7/11/13 i called around 4pm Al said everything is done except for the lock cylinder won't be in till 7/12/13 in the morning, so i called at 12:30pm Al said the lock cylinder will be done in 20 minutes so I went to pick up car around 1pm waited for another 45 minutes then Al got the paper work so i could pay the bill and noticed that the 02 sensor that we discussed 2 days ago was never installed!! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS!! NOBODY CALLS YOU TO LET YOU KNOW! what needs to be done on your car! Then you go there (they had the car for 3 days) and things that were to be done are not finished!!! ( 02 sensor)come on 3 days and you can't install an 02 sensor( unplug it! unscrew it! ) REALLY!!!! can't see them keeping customers past the 1st service visit. NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!! More
My 2003 Malibu was towed to Bill Fox Chevrolet for repairs. The car would crank but not start. I was called by Todd, and he told me I needed a PCM and ECM. Total for repair to be around $1300. I refused the repairs and had the car towed back to my house. I purchased a code checker and found 2 codes on my car. Fuel system and fuel pump. I purchased a fuel pump, installed it and the cars runs great now. Cost of repair= $250 not $1300. More
John Fox diligently and expediously handled my transmission problem. I cannot thank him enough for standing by his warranty and replacing my transmission within days. A consumer wants to know their vehicle is being serviced with care by a reputable dealership and I feel that Fox Chevrolet did not let me down. I am very grateful. I would also like to mention how courteous and professional their service advisor Dean Griffith is. My car has been worked on many times within the past 3 years and Dean is always there to answer my questions and take my car in for repair. He is really a knowledgeable customer service asset to Fox Chevrolet. I also love their drivers who pick me up when my car is ready; good conversation and always courteous! More
This dealership is wonderful. I've been there three times... once for warranty work- Todd Helped and was wonderful with helping getting us a rental car for the time my vehicle would be "under the knife times... once for warranty work- Todd Helped and was wonderful with helping getting us a rental car for the time my vehicle would be "under the knife". Once for a new lease- Kevin helped us get hooked up with a great new vehicle. We had all three of our children (all under the age of 6) and he was so tolerate and accommodating by bringing us all water and cookies. And today I took my vehicle in for service(brakes)and bob was great and set up for us to get a ride home instead of waiting there for them to fix the problem. I have three small children and every single time I have been to the shop EVERYONE has been wonderful and I've never encountered cross words between employees or foul language or even bad attitudes. Everyone is wonderful. Even after we move out of the area we WIll still be coming to this dealership. More
