Horrible Service Ultimately Cost Me My Car! I took my vehicle in to the dealership to repair an engine issue. I paid $2,000 and the check engine light returned the next morning. I brought the vehicle back to their shop to again fix the issue, and was quoted another $2,000 in parts in labor. I took the vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they told me that the negligence of their repair shop caused me the return visit for an additional $2,000 in repairs. The only silver lining was that the service manager Jim was very helpful and reassuring- and landed me a $2,000 voucher off a new vehicle for the trouble- which I appreciated. But ultimately their service department's inability to fix the issue caused me to have to purchase a new vehicle, and get rid of a vehicle with a lot of sentimental value. To top the experience off, when we were quoted new vehicle prices from their sales department, their quote was more than $100/month higher than quotes we received from other chevy dealers for the same car! Never, ever again will I work with, visit, or recommend Bill Fox! More

We took it in for a routine oil change and we were informed that it needed to have service that was not covered under warranty in excess of $1700 (steering and struts). This was a hefty price that we knew we could not afford up front. Brad called me back a few days later after speaking to GM reps and told me that they would cover $1200+ of the cost and we would only pay $500 to have it serviced. Brad is truly a professional who has honesty and integrity rooted in his signature customer service. This is why we only go to FOX Chevrolet for service on both of our GM vehicles. More

Today @ 10.00 a.m. I was informed by Jayson, who checked everything thoroughly, that no service was needed on my 2013 Malibu until October of this year. And than, he proceeded to check what object was hanging under the front wheel and made the minor fix. Only took a minute, but he got on the ground to do it. That bit of extra service I received from this wonderful young man put my mind at ease. Thank you Jayson and thank you Bill Fox Chevrolet. More
People is what makes the difference in a Service center I have been bringing my cars to the Bill Fox Chevrolet since 5 years ago and Jayson Mcguire stands out by his professionalism, friendly and knowledgea I have been bringing my cars to the Bill Fox Chevrolet since 5 years ago and Jayson Mcguire stands out by his professionalism, friendly and knowledgeable, he should be considered seriously as the next Service Manager, He is the main reason why we continue bringing our cars here. You can get your car fix in several places but you cannot find the service that Jayson provides in any other shop. More

Brad - To Mike - Went above and beyond to make our CPO sale work! Bought a CPO 2011 GMC Acadia SL that my wife loves to this day back in Oct 2013. Brad - Took extra steps, and made maximum effort to treat us right. Makes it look easy, when it's not. There was a hole in the same Acadia as above A/C line from what appeared to be rubbing against the bracket below it (after my inspection). Called Brad, found out the warranty was up in October of 2014. Explained in detail what the problem was. He spoke with GM Corporate and called me back to tell me that I would just need to pay a $100 deductible and GM/Bill Fox would cover the rest of a $500+ repair. Great effort and honesty. You just don't see that a lot anymore in "Customer Service". If you need any service done on your car... this is the guy to see. A true professional and understands what's right is right. Believed me right from the beginning, no judgement or negative attitude. ^^^ These 2 are great examples of why to go out of your way to get to Bill Fox Chevrolet! AWFUL Service Experience Had an appointment at 9:25; called to let the service department know I was running late. The operator advised they were busy and would not be a problem.. Arrived at 9:40 and was totally ignored for 5 minutes. Michelle finally helped me and I told her I would need a ride home and she "put me on the list." After waiting 90 minutes for a ride and being told by the new driver "I was not on the list" I decided to take me vehicle to another Chevy dealer for service. Crazy thing was I was not the only person waiting for a ride. The Fox Chevy dealership is closer to my home but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to take my car for service where I purchased it and where they provide excellent customer service. More
Bill Fox Toyota Service is the Best I had my Toyota Fj Cruiser in at Bill Fox Toyota during New Year week because the VSC stability light came on occasionally. Anthony, the service mana I had my Toyota Fj Cruiser in at Bill Fox Toyota during New Year week because the VSC stability light came on occasionally. Anthony, the service manager, did a fabulous job investigating and repairing the problem which turned out to be the need for a new timing chain. He quoted me a price and came in under that price, got the problem fixed in less than a week even with the holiday. He did a great job not only fixing the problem , but cleaning my vehicle which is usually encrusted with mud both inside and out. Anthony is a pleasure to work with and his honesty and openness puts me at ease and I would never take my FJ anywhere else now. I will also purchase my next vehicle from Bill Fox because to me Anthony represents the quality of personnel hires by Bill Fox. I had the most positive experience. More
