I got my SUV from Bill Fox Chevrolet and was very pleased with the whole experience. I was planning to buy this SUV for quite some time and was constantly checking the internet for the best deal. I found the right price within my budget at Bill Fox Chevrolet through their web site and decided to test drive the car. I walked into the dealership and the salesman Curtis Roberts walked down to me and showed me the SUV. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the keys for the test drive and left us alone to check the car out. Once i was satisfied with the suv and decided to buy it he arranged the finance accommodating my situation and got me a great deal on the payments. The finance manager, Robert Shastal was equally wonderful, he laid out all the options available and let me decide on what I wanted, he wasn't pushy and was extremely helpful. The whole deal was done in less than two hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and this has been my best car buying experience so far. More

I can not speak for the bodyshop experience at this dealership, but I can comment on at least one person in the sales staff. Denise Labbe has been leasing cars to me for years. During my last 3 year lease, Denise moved away from my area and now works at Bill Fox Chevrolet. Even though I had a leased Pontiac and I hadn't talked to her in almost 3 years, she called me to remind me my lease was coming to an end and offered to help me find a new car. Well, the dealership is about 45 minutes from my house, so it's not nearly as convenient for me to go there, but of her own accord, she offered to drive vehicles out to me at my location so I could look at them, offered to drive out paperwork to my location to be signed, and even after the signing, offered to drive out and deliver my new Chevy truck to me. That is service that goes above and beyond what you'd find elsewhere, in my opinion. On top of the excellent service provided by Denise, every time I have been at the dealership I have had nothing but friendly greetings from multiple other employees and a smooth transition into my new vehicle. I have also been greeted every single time I call the dealership's main number, by a pleasant sounding operator that has a smile you can hear through the phone. Try calling around to some other dealerships and listen to lack of interest with which they answer and direct your call. All in all, I have zero complaints with this dealership. As I've stated, I can only vouch for sales, not service, and can only accurately comment on the salesperson that I used. If you are in the market for a new car, I can highly recommend Denise to get the job done. More

This was my first time ever purchasing from a car dealership and I definitely had the wool pulled over my eyes. These 2 used high pressure sales. When they ordered the payoff for my trade in the pay off was short... they told me i had 10 days to pay $400 or i would go into collections. In these tough times you think the dealer would do more to help. I guess, once the vehicle is sold all bets with customer service are off. I do like the vehicle, I just wish i would have gone somewhere else to get it. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS IN METRO DETROIT. More
