When researching my recent car purchase I found a 2010 Malibu they had advertised for quite a bit less than others I'd seen like it. I was concerned that their must be a reason for it being advertised $1000 less than a similar Malibu I'd looked at a few days prior. Ultimately I decided against purchasing the first Malibu due to some dents and dings the dealer conveniently "dissscluded" in the pictures I'd seen online. When I spoke with Joe regarding the Malibu he had on his lot he was very helpful and assured me that to his knowledge there was nothing wrong with the vehicle but would go take a second look at it just to make sure it was as he remembered. He got back with me promptly and even offered to send me updated pictures of the car! I set up a time to look at the car the following day but didn't end up making it out to drive the car until later that week. Joe was very understanding about me changing my appointment but called me the morning of to let me know that the car I was interested in was sold the previous night unfortunately I was already on my way to the dealership. When i arrived and Joe apologized for not being able to reach me before I made the trip out, needless to say I was pretty disappointed. He offered to show me a few other cars in my price range and after some time and him being extremely patient with me, I really wasn't ready to buy anything. Finally after I left he suggested I take a look at a Saturn Aura that had come in the day before and wasn't even cleaned up for the lot yet. It was very similar to the Malibu but was equipped a lot better. After talking with his sales manger he was able to get me the Aura at a price pretty close to the base Malibu I was looking at and their financing department even beat the rate my credit union got me. I took delivery later that day and was extremely satisfied with their entire staff and my new car. I would defiantly recommend this Joe Beccari and Bill Fox Chevy to a friend. More

I spoke to the salesman that sold it to me and he just shoved me off on the sales manager who was naturally out of the office. After several calls I got hold of the manager and these ass holes wouldn't even consider doing the work for less or discount the parts. Beware these guys live up to the stereotype for used car salesmen crooked. More

I purchased a car from this dealer and spent the entire day at the dealership. From having the wrong information on my paperwork, to the finance manager not knowing what was going on with my check. Did I mention that they advertised buy a car get a TV and I am still waiting on my TV. I also took my vehicle to have wheel locks put on, only to find out that the rim was very badly damaged. They claim they did a 117 point inspection. If I didn't need this car I would fight to return it. Don't be fooled, they have a huge inventory, but they lack solid service and advertise falsely, as my didn't have a remote start either!!! RUN RUN RUN More

I got my SUV from Bill Fox Chevrolet and was very pleased with the whole experience. I was planning to buy this SUV for quite some time and was constantly checking the internet for the best deal. I found the right price within my budget at Bill Fox Chevrolet through their web site and decided to test drive the car. I walked into the dealership and the salesman Curtis Roberts walked down to me and showed me the SUV. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the keys for the test drive and left us alone to check the car out. Once i was satisfied with the suv and decided to buy it he arranged the finance accommodating my situation and got me a great deal on the payments. The finance manager, Robert Shastal was equally wonderful, he laid out all the options available and let me decide on what I wanted, he wasn't pushy and was extremely helpful. The whole deal was done in less than two hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and this has been my best car buying experience so far. More

I can not speak for the bodyshop experience at this dealership, but I can comment on at least one person in the sales staff. Denise Labbe has been leasing cars to me for years. During my last 3 year lease, Denise moved away from my area and now works at Bill Fox Chevrolet. Even though I had a leased Pontiac and I hadn't talked to her in almost 3 years, she called me to remind me my lease was coming to an end and offered to help me find a new car. Well, the dealership is about 45 minutes from my house, so it's not nearly as convenient for me to go there, but of her own accord, she offered to drive vehicles out to me at my location so I could look at them, offered to drive out paperwork to my location to be signed, and even after the signing, offered to drive out and deliver my new Chevy truck to me. That is service that goes above and beyond what you'd find elsewhere, in my opinion. On top of the excellent service provided by Denise, every time I have been at the dealership I have had nothing but friendly greetings from multiple other employees and a smooth transition into my new vehicle. I have also been greeted every single time I call the dealership's main number, by a pleasant sounding operator that has a smile you can hear through the phone. Try calling around to some other dealerships and listen to lack of interest with which they answer and direct your call. All in all, I have zero complaints with this dealership. As I've stated, I can only vouch for sales, not service, and can only accurately comment on the salesperson that I used. If you are in the market for a new car, I can highly recommend Denise to get the job done. More

This was my first time ever purchasing from a car dealership and I definitely had the wool pulled over my eyes. These 2 used high pressure sales. In these tough times you think the dealer would do more to help. I guess, once the vehicle is sold all bets with customer service are off. I do like the vehicle, I just wish i would have gone somewhere else to get it. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS IN METRO DETROIT. More
