I was in the market for a new car for my son who will turn 16 soon and i dealt with alot of salesmen on the internet for 2-3 days. Then i nailed it down to two cars, one import , one domestic. Phil Pat turn 16 soon and i dealt with alot of salesmen on the internet for 2-3 days. Then i nailed it down to two cars, one import , one domestic. Phil Patterson was the salesman for the domestic car, he was very helpful and answered all my questions online and on the phone. I drove the import first, not very impressed the i went to Fox chevrolet and met Phil. We test drove the Cruze together and Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful. This was by far the best experience i have ever had at a dealership. Not only did it go smooth but also went very fast. My son loves the car and i would recommend Phil and Fox chevrolet to anyone. I was actually looking for a car for my son and started at the Fox VW dealership. After reviewing our requirements and price points, they referred me to Fox Chevy which to me is an excellent sign of custom at the Fox VW dealership. After reviewing our requirements and price points, they referred me to Fox Chevy which to me is an excellent sign of customer service. We looked at a number of models but ended up buying a new Cruze. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. My sons old car had just been in an accident and couldn't be repaired. He was attending college and needed his car for transprtation to and from school. The whole deal was put together within a day and my son was back on the road. The purchase process was painless and we are very happy with the purchase. If I ever needed a car again, I would have no hesitation about returning to Fox. More
