Great price and friendly sales person. Great experience. Very negotiable with price and super friendly sales people. Wasn’t necessarily going to pull the trigger for the new lease yet, but Great experience. Very negotiable with price and super friendly sales people. No pressure, painless purchase! I have been searching the dealership for a LONG time ( mostly on weekends and evenings because of work), and have been a bit torn as to if I wanted to I have been searching the dealership for a LONG time ( mostly on weekends and evenings because of work), and have been a bit torn as to if I wanted to truly have a new or used vehicle, and have literally walked the ENTIRE lot trying to decide. One day I figured that I would see what they had in the used lot for a good, quality vehicle ( and actually found two), I originally asked to test drive one with a sunroof and the color display for all of the controls ( Radio, climate controls, and it even had a backup camera) , but decided on the other model that did not have the color screen and no sunroof. I am VERY happy with it though, and Onstar??!! WOW, what a great peace of mind knowing they are there if I ever need them ( ok the satellite radio is just another perk)... I loved the fit, size of the vehicle , and its SO smooth and fun to drive! Stan More

From the salesman Joe Ditrapini to the follow up I leased my car from BIll Fox Chevrolet a little over a month ago and it could not have been easier. From the salesman Joe Ditrapini to the follow up by a gentleman named Demitri over the phone. The whole process was very smooth and enjoyable much like my 2018 Equinox!! I would recommend to anyone interested in a new Chevrolet! More

2018 Trax-Lemon Law Vehicle & Equinox Replacement Due to receiving a lemon vehicle (2018 Trax); I felt that the dealership (Bill Fox Chevrolet) did not go above & beyond to regain my trust & business. Due to receiving a lemon vehicle (2018 Trax); I felt that the dealership (Bill Fox Chevrolet) did not go above & beyond to regain my trust & business. I also felt that the dealership could have given me better pricing & "thrown in" a few extra "perks" at no cost due to my inconvenience of getting a lemon vehicle. I had to turn-in my first loaner due to the car being sold. That was an inconvenience since the dealership is an 1 hr away from my employment. I drove 2 loaner through the course of the buy-out/re purchase transaction. When the car was in the body shop; I did receive weekly/bi-weekly status reports from Jayson on the progress of my Trax. Jayson was friendly & good to work with. My salesperson (Nick) didn't seem to go above & beyond on the sales transaction. I met with him in April to select another vehicle (replacement). He priced it out; not a great price. I asked to "throw-in" a waiver when returning the lease (not to owe any $$) & an extra oil change for free (thinking about leasing 3 yr). He didn't seem to want to do that; it turned out that we wound-up tagging a 2018 Equinox since they were low on inventory & my paperwork (lease buy-out/re-purchase lease) wasn't completed. At the end of May; Nick called me to let me know the "paperwork" was completed & my Equinox was in. Again, I felt Nick didn't want to work with me; he gave me the "new" price; which was more than what was quoted in April. He mentioned that was a good price. I didn't have my quote on me when he called; that evening I looked at my quote, and realized it was more money. I called him back the next day, and told him I wasn't satisfied with the price & it was more money than last month. He mentioned something about the residue is less money & the interest rate being more now. Basically, since the "paperwork" took 3 weeks - I'm having to pay more ...due to the residue & interest rate. I told him..."it's not my fault the paperwork took 3 weeks & I'm being penalized for it. It's not fair; then he mentioned how GM was doing a good job about returning the Trax & putting me in another vehicle. I told him..."GM is just doing what they need to do legally. The Trax fell under the Lemon Law; I could have gotten an attorney". Nick mentioned that GM knew that & that's why the y proceeded with the lease buy-out & new lease purchase. So, he talked to his manager & called me back with a new price; which turned out to being $1.51 less a month. As it turns out; the Equinox that I got quoted in April had an MSRP value of $30,210.00; the Equinox I received - it's MSRP is $29,820. Therefore, the price should have been less than what I was quoted in April. I asked Nick to throw-in the waiver on the return; he mention that GM Financial lease customers receive up $500.00 for excess wear. So, I other words, he didn't give it to me. He didn't want to "give" me anything "extra". I don't know if my sales counted as a "sale" for him; therefore, I felt he didn't work to give me the "BEST" price/deal. He also, asked if I had my certificate from my insurance company. I told him that they faxed it over the other day. I did print it out & handed it him. I felt he wasn't prepared. Bottom-line, I felt it was just another transaction & Nick really didn't want to work with me. He should have gotten a GOOD price & some free perks thrown-in right from the beginning; instead of me having to "fight" to get the better price (I didn't receive any extra perks). One other note, toward the end of the transaction, not 1 but 2 times Nick called me by the wrong name (Mary). Shows you how interested he was in "ME" & wanting to establish a good customer relationship. I have many family & friends who were interested finding out how this whole transaction was handled by GM & the dealership. Sad to say, but I feel GM & the dealership come up short. One of my good friend is an GM Executive & has bought 2 vehicles from Bill Fox. I will be telling him that I wasn't satisfied with the "end". One last thing...I don't appreciate being instructed (told) how I should complete/rate the survey that I will receiving, ESPECIALLY if it wasn't satisfactory. Also, it's disappointing to find-out that the trial period for GM Onstar is only 1 month now. I hope when I turn in my 2018 Equinox, there will be NO out-of-pocket costs; and I'll see how I'll be treated. My sales transaction for the 2018 Trax with Dan Carter was a better experience. So, I'm on the fence as to my "total" experience with Bill Fox. More
