Overall mediocre I took my car in for 2 insurance claims to fix body work. When I dropped off my car and asked for an estimated day it would be finished, I was told "C I took my car in for 2 insurance claims to fix body work. When I dropped off my car and asked for an estimated day it would be finished, I was told "Could be tomorrow, could be next month." In my opinion, that's an unacceptable answer, but I had used this body shop before with no issues so I continued with my repairs. When I picked up my car (it took a week, so I'm happy with the timing at least) it was poorly detailed - a layer of dust on all seats, and interior was spot-wiped (my entertainment screen and my dashboard gauges). However, I was willing to look past this as I didn't pay them for their detailing but for their body work. I inspected the exterior before leaving and it looked good. However, I vacuumed my car that weekend (since the shop couldn't be bothered to remove the dust they caused) and noticed the inside handle on the side they had worked on was not flush with the rest of the interior, as compared to the side that didn't need work. I had to return the next business day for my door to be put on properly. I took my car to a Chevy-associated body shop because I figured they would know my Chevy best, but they didn't even reinstall the door correctly. Overall, extremely mediocre service. I'm giving 2 stars because at least the exterior body work was done well, but their customer service and post-work detailing leaves much to be desired. More
