We looked at the models on the lot and I drove a vehicle . He provided price quotes and explained the incentives along with the GM Family Discount . I was very impressed and excited about the vehicle . I was amazed with the dealership and the amenities that it offer. After leaving the dealership , I knew that I would purchase a vehicle . I leased out from another competitive vehicle and I'm so "Excited " about my purchase . I "Love" my Envision . Artie Bryan along with the other staffers who worked with me were "GREAT". He made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. He gave a very detail of the vehicle's features and help me setup my On Star system . Best Dealership I've Ever Experienced Doing Business With! I was extremely reluctant to give up on my 2001, Monte Carlo, but after discussing my issues with Jon Maas, who works out of the Commercial Truck Cent I was extremely reluctant to give up on my 2001, Monte Carlo, but after discussing my issues with Jon Maas, who works out of the Commercial Truck Center, my issues were put to rest. Jon had Mark, a mechanic who works in the truck center, check out my concerns about my car. After checking my car out, Mark very patiently and in terms that I could understand gave me all of the pros and cons of keeping my car which helped me a great deal in making an informed decision. I decided to sell my car and lease a new Buick Encore. My significant other had dealt with Phil Haelterman in the past, so that is who I went to see. Phil was very kind, professional, patient and caring in taking me through the entire process, as I had not bought a new car in sixteen years! He introduced me to a young lady who gave me a gift bag and explained that she would be holding a class after I had the vehicle for one month and could help me with any questions I might have. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, not because she did not make a great impression on me, but because my mind was spinning with all that was going on. After all the paperwork was completed Phil went out to the vehicle with me and spent as much time as I needed teaching me all about my new Encore. When I was confident with how everything worked, I was off on my way home in my new Encore. I can't say enough about what wonderful assets Jon, Phil, Mark and the other young lady are to the dealership. It was truly my pleasure doing business with each and every one of them. More
