Fowler VW is the best VW dealership hands down I just bought a 2017 Passat and Dylan worked with me for over 2 months helping me find the right car that met my needs, wants and comfort (I am disabl I just bought a 2017 Passat and Dylan worked with me for over 2 months helping me find the right car that met my needs, wants and comfort (I am disabled due to a severe back injury from a car accident). He was very patient, professional, friendly and super helpful through the whole process and kept my best interests in mind as well additionally. The finance department went above and beyond in getting me a great rate and were very helpful, professional and friendly. They didn't try to take advantage of me like some other dealerships have in the past when I had purchased some of my cars in the past. This is my third purchase with Fowler since 2012; they have always been outstanding every time I have purchased with them. Also any time I have needed service, their service department has treated me like family and been professional. I don't have enough words to praise and recommend Fowler Volkswagen- they truly are the best Volkswagen dealer. Cable VW is closer to my home but I won't use them ever- Fowler is worth the drive to Norman every time. Dylan Johnson is the sales associate I worked with (the salesperson I bought my Jetta with in 2012 left Fowler to go back into the military I believe, but Dylan is even better than my first salesperson). If you are wanting to purchase a Volkswagen- Fowler is the best dealership to buy from and Dylan Johnson is the best salesperson to work with- I recommend him and Fowler Volkswagen 150%! More

A Hole in One :) (I love my Golf) I came to Fowler on 2/8/17 looking for info on a 2017 Golf. I had spoken to many people and had done tons of research and had decided that would be th I came to Fowler on 2/8/17 looking for info on a 2017 Golf. I had spoken to many people and had done tons of research and had decided that would be the car that would best suit me. Zack helped me and got me seated and we went to work talking about what I needed (and wanted). I told him that I wanted a Golf with a manual transmission. I preferred black for the color but at the point I was at with my old car, I would have taken any color. Zack was very informative, patient, and made sure to listen to my concerns, comments, and questions. He didn't bother talking about things that I wasn't looking for and he didn't treat me as if I didn't know anything: two things I typically avoid in a sales environment. He took me outside and let me test drive a red 2017 Golf TSI. And I loved it. Before we left the lot, he showed me all of the features on the steering wheel and the stereo. I was pleasantly overwhelmed as I had never had a car with so many options. After the drive, we went back to his office area and went over financing options. I told him what I was able to pay monthly and what my budget was. We had to move the monthly rate a little bit over my initial request, so for the compromise, he gifted me free window tint as I was telling him earlier that I was planning on doing that eventually (also had me impressed because that was a passing statement and it surprised me that he remembered what I said, much less heard me in the first place). After I had been approved, I was brought to Kyle's office (he helped me with my financing). He was very polite and answered all of my questions. I felt good about this investment when I left because I had been treated so well. I have been to other dealerships before and many of the employees had turned a blind eye to me because I'm young. Later that night, I had gotten a voicemail from Kyle telling me that he had some important info for me and to call him back as soon as possible. This was also a very surprising element seeing as a lot of dealerships wouldn't go out of their way to save you money. Kyle had managed to drop my monthly rate down by almost $50 and all I had to do was sign some paperwork. After that, everything was square. They allowed me to leave my husband's car at the dealership over night until we were able to pick it up the next morning. I was/am 100% happy with the service I received, and my standards are pretty high considering I'm in sales as well. I would recommend everyone I came into contact with at Fowler to any one person who may ask. These two gentlemen deserve a raise. More
