Everything about my and my parents experience at Fowler Toyota was great. I lost my car in the May 31st tornado, so was looking to replace a car that I had loved. But I was not looking forward to new car shopping. Louis Parris was our salesman. He was friendly and informative about the Prius C I was interested in. There was only question he did not already know the answer to (how to change the speedometer back to miles per hour instead of the kilometers per hour someone had set it to), but he quickly looked up the answer. He was not pushy about getting us into the office--he let the great car sell itself. He made the whole experience very comfortable for us. After we agreed to purchase the car, Scott Tang was our finance person. He was incredibly patient with my mother, who asked a million questions about extended warranties and finance options. He got a us great rate in the end (0%)! What I expected to be very stressful was actually a pleasant experience. When it was time to get the keys to my new car Louis took the time to explain all the detailed features of the new menus and even paired my cell phone for me over the bluetooth system. I would buy another car a Fowler without any hesitations. More
