I have been going to Fowler for several years now to have our 2013 Avalon serviced. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Now that I have bought a new 2024 Toyota Tundra from Fowler, i our 2013 Avalon serviced. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Now that I have bought a new 2024 Toyota Tundra from Fowler, it will be going back for service there! The sales staff for this acquisition was really outstanding. Our sales rep, Miguel Godizan, went above and beyond in locating this truck. This truck has been almost one year in the buying due to all the supply issues for parts. I love the truck!! Dewayne Burt, the primary person I dealt with at the dealership, was very nice. He was not at all like the typical high pressure salesman type who would say anything, true or not true, to get you to buy dealership, was very nice. The person in finance that I dealt with was also nice, but he told me he would try to find out if there was a way to expedite the title (as it can take up to 20 days apparently and I needed it faster than that), but he never got back to me like he said he would, even after I reminded them the next day. Overall, the car was great (at least so far), and the dealership was great as well, and I will certainly try to go back to them next time I am in the market for vehicle. More
