He really cared whatever I requested or questioned, even out of his business hours. I called him for any questions, he always replied right away (professional behavior). Financial advisor was very good, gave a lot of offers to help you. I attent a meeting for new car owner. It was informative and necessary to help everyone to understand what to do for services, maintainance after purchasing the car. Clifford & Pat Wickham We were contacted by Fowler & asked if we wanted to see about trading in our 2014 Camry SE. We found a 2017 Camry SE we liked on the lot with most of We were contacted by Fowler & asked if we wanted to see about trading in our 2014 Camry SE. We found a 2017 Camry SE we liked on the lot with most of the features we wanted so we added the Nav system and side molding. Got with Finance & worked out the purchase price, loan interest, and with some money down we arrived at a monthly payment. We signed the papers & began the wait for our new car on Nov. 3. We were contacted to pick up our new car on Nov. 14. When we went to get it we were summoned by Finance telling us there had been a mistake in our sales agreement & the cost of the added Nav was left out. We're not pleased about this and the payment amount was going up $30+ a month. It was the dealer mistake & now we are asked to pay more than we agreed on. We worked with Finance & we agreed to meet them half way (not sure we should have but we wanted the car). Ended up paying $15 a month more than the original agreement. It may not sound like much but over the course of the loan it totals more than the interest. After the sale we received our title paperwork & I had a question. I called & left a voicemail asking my finance person for a call back two days in a row. On the third day I called another person in finance & the person I had called before called while I was leaving this voicemail. As soon as I finished leaving that voicemail I called the person that just left the voicemail right back & it went straight to their voicemail so I left another message. Called the other finance person again the next day & asked that they call me back. Waited two days and left another message with my original finance person. Never received a call back from either person. Frustrated, I left one more voicemail with the original person to call me back. On this day, having received no call back, I drove into the dealership & asked to speak with my Finance person. An entirely different person came out & answered my question in less than a minute. The person I had been calling came out shortly after & I let them know that this was very poor customer service & that I shouldn't have to drive into the dealership if I have a question. This is the third new Camry (09, 14, 17) we have bought from Fowler. The 2014 Camry had to be brought in from another dealership. When we picked it up it had the wrong interior seat color combo. We complained to our sales person but we accepted it anyway and did not file a formal complaint. But this time we felt we needed to say something. We did get the car with the features we wanted this time and so far we are happy with our Camry. More

Love our new Tacoma We were not even planning on buying when we came in, just checking out options. We started visiting with Jessie after we looked at a Tundra. We really liked it, so we began the process of purchasing. He had to search for one to get the color and options we wanted. Then in the middle of the search we decided to check out the Tacoma! Off we go for another test drive! We loved the Tacoma and decided to buy it! Jessie made the purchase so easy! He got everything rolling while we ate breakfast at the little cafe there. Next thing I know we are driving home in our beautiful new Tacoma! More

We were blown away after attending the New Owner's meeting! We were served dinner, won prizes, got a certificate for their gift shop, and gained valuable information about our vehicle and the dealership! Last but not least, our salesman Oscar was the best!!!
