I had previously arranged with Walter, through emails and texts/phone calls, (that were returned promptly with answers to my questions) to inspect the vehicle on Saturday and he was waiting outside for us when we arrived. Walter had the one-owner, low mileage, used 2013 Chrysler 200 convertible in the cool bay, so we didn't have to stand outside in 100° heat to inspect it. Took a test drive with no high pressure sales tactics or any arm twisting.. felt completely relaxed and comfortable. Walter was very kind and courteous and very patient and answered all my questions. The finance department made the paperwork and adding /subtracting numbers game, a painless effort ...thanks especially to KATIE and Connor. The icing on the cake was Walter filled my tank with gas, took off my old plates and put them on the new car and was I was given a $50 gift card which I used to buy some goodies in the gift shop.. From the friendly greeting from Walter when we first pulled in the lot, along with all the employees who were very cordial and kind, I rate this a very painless stress-free experience. I'm happy with my new car and I feel I was treated fairly. More

Traded my car in for a Toyota Tacoma I had a pretty good experience with this dealership. They called me after i had found one of the trucks they had for sale through CarGurus. I told the I had a pretty good experience with this dealership. They called me after i had found one of the trucks they had for sale through CarGurus. I told them what i was looking for and they told me they would help me find it. The first truck i looked at was a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, but unfortunately it sold the day before i was going to head up to Norman to look at it. They called me to tell me they had sold it but they had just got another one in that they wanted me to look at. I ended up buying that truck because it fit everything i wanted plus a little more, so i'm pretty excited about it (2011 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road). The whole buying and trading process was only a few hours and was pretty smooth, so i honestly wouldn't mind recommending anyone to go look for a car with them. More
