Prior to my purchase I had visited with Louis Parris on several occasions. He was courteous and patient. I never felt pressured and he went to a lot of effort helping me find my vehicle of choice. 11/23/2020: Disappointed with customer service after sale starting with Travis who sold me my car. Issue with after market trim. Then asked Ryan (service), on 11/9, questions about data collection & was told starting with Travis who sold me my car. Issue with after market trim. Then asked Ryan (service), on 11/9, questions about data collection & was told he would check and get back to me. He didn't so I called Toyota (800-331-4331) who transferred me to Toyota Connect (888-869-6828) who could find no record of my VIN. So on 11/17, I asked Ryan Banks for help & he assured me would call me when he went to the dealership that day. He asked me to text him my request which I did. As of now I have not heard from him ether. I did tell him no hurry but I really expected some answers by now. More

I arrived to look at a vehicle they had in stock, without an appointment, and it was being sold when i got there. They bent over backwards to find a car that I liked that was also in my price range. Everyone an appointment, and it was being sold when i got there. They bent over backwards to find a car that I liked that was also in my price range. Everyone that worked there that even passed by was very friendly and asked how I was doing. My salesman, Zion, was friendly and helpful. His manager also pitched in to help find a me a car. I felt like a king. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure I didn't have any questions. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I look forward to getting my next car at Fowler. More
