I was treated very rude by Service Advisor, Bryan Mahan. The first words out of his mouth to me: "A 430pm at 5 o'clock". Not hello, not welcome. Just out right negativity. He walked off in a huff. I did apologize, but that did not seem to appease Mr Mahan. What total rudeness. Would you want your Mother/sister/aunt/grandmother treated in this manner? Prior to meeting Mr. Mahan, the service employees who interacted with me were friendly and not upset I was late. More
