I gave the dealership the rating because of the Service they provide. I have always been able to schedule a service appointment at a time that is convenient to me. The last Service scheduled required the they provide. I have always been able to schedule a service appointment at a time that is convenient to me. The last Service scheduled required the dealership to maintain the vehicle overnight. I was given a loaner car for use as I commute regularily to work. When returning the car, I was running late so would arrive after 6:00 pm, the scheduled close of the Service dept. Mick Metzger waited for me the extra 10 minutes it took me to arrive. He greeted me as if I had arrived in the middle of the day - not at a time that was after regular scheduled hours.My vehicle was serviced, the work was excellent, and I was on the road again. More

I visited Peak Kia after a recommendation from a friend and I was not let down. I had them change the oil on my Audi S6 and the service was quick, well priced and for once there was NO oil left in my skid and I was not let down. Brought my Rio to get serviced, the customer service was amazing. Steve was very helpful, knowlegable, and explained to me everything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. I would recommend Peak Kia because when ever I call I get an appointment that fits into my schedule and if I need a vehicle they have a loaner there I can use.
