Happy After I had a somewhat frustrating situation with an engine recall, I was ready to give up on my car altogether. I have always felt that he went above and beyond for me, and to continue to try and help me even after the car was sold was a solid plus for me. Today, I’m getting squeezed in for brakes, which I was quoted elsewhere at twice the cost. I’m impressed overall by the way this location continues to go above and beyond what they need to do More
Peak Kia is the best place to do business with! I have never had a bad experience, from the sales to service department. This is our third experience with Peak Kia North and, once again, we had EXCELLENT customer service, attention to detail and very friendly personnel! We hadn't intended to purchase today but with the guidance of our salesperson, Tim, we decided to take advantage of a great opportunity to drive home a brand new 2017 Sportage. They worked with our budget and found the vehicle that met our wants and needs without the grueling hassle that we have experienced at other dealerships! Such a pleasure doing business with them. The Triple "T" team of Tim, Trevor and Tom were "terrific", along with BJ (sorry BJ :o) and Dominic in service. Can't thank them enough for another great experience and I have a great car! More
Service Dept. VERY WRONG suggestions for repair In August, took my KIA Sedona for oil change....when all said and done, was told that i needed a new rack and pinion, oil pan gasket replacement, and In August, took my KIA Sedona for oil change....when all said and done, was told that i needed a new rack and pinion, oil pan gasket replacement, and back struts replacement due to leaking issues. All in all, it would be close to if not over $2000, $1200 for the rack and pinion alone. Just had a bad feeling in my gut...Went to another KIA dealer, and was told that my valve cover gaskets were leaking, making it look like the rack and pinion and the oil pan was leaking. Replaced valve cover gaskets for less than $500 and all is well. Also, was told that my back struts are NOT leaking as I DO NOT have struts, I have shocks, and they are not leaking.....Who in the xxxx was this mechanic that said I had major issues????????? Will never go back again..... More

I will try not to get to mean about this. Condescending is the word that comes to mind. I do believe once they sell the car they forget who the customer is. It is about the tone and the manner in which peo is the word that comes to mind. I do believe once they sell the car they forget who the customer is. Its funny how another dealer completely took care of my car needs when the dealer that I purchased my vehicle from just a month prior wouldn't, that says a lot. I will not ever recommend this dealer. Sales and service at this dealership is fantastic and unmatchable. Everyone take a bow. Noticed a oil spot on my garage floor and took car in to have it checked. 2011 Optima EX, dream car, I had the car serviced 3 or 4 weeks ago and was wondering if it might have been from the oil change and that was all it was. Some oil was on the catch pan and had dripped off. They were concerned at first but when found out the problem assured us not to worry and cleaned it all up and washed the car also. No charge. Thanks Kia North and everyone that works there, you are the reason we and everyone else keeps coming back. Bought cars since 1950 and never found a dealership of the caliber. More
I rated this Dealership Great because every time I have entered their Kia store, they have treated me as if I was Family. Kerry was the saleman that sold me my Sportage and he is Tops. The service guys a entered their Kia store, they have treated me as if I was Family. Kerry was the saleman that sold me my Sportage and he is Tops. The service guys are also great, I just had my Sportage serviced today 02/15/12 and they did a great job on my car. I also liked the fact that I picked up a Clean car. This is a top notch Car dealership. Many places are not, but Peak Kia North is the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks Gary Walker More
