I had gone to two other dealerships closer to me before driving an hour to Pollard Jeep. The other Jeep dealership did the whole high-pressure sales thing, low balled my trade-in, and kept trying to sell up. I got to Pollard and they listened to what I wanted! They never pressured me or never tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. It's a friendly, non-threatening, relaxed environment. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in, showed me how to work all the components in the car and made sure all my questions were answered before I drove off in my new (pre-owned) Jeep. It was a great experience and absolutely no buyers remorse! More
Poor New Car Sales Experience I would not recommend this dealership. I feel sorry for you if you buy your car here, and then try to get a mistake made by your salesman corrected, I would not recommend this dealership. I feel sorry for you if you buy your car here, and then try to get a mistake made by your salesman corrected, because this is what happened to me…. One of the two key fobs my salesman gave to me for my brand new Jeep was the wrong key fob for my car- it wasn’t even for the same Jeep model and upon closer inspection the fobs did not even look the same. Not sure how salesman made the mistake…. Terrible customer service in trying to get this situation resolved… Unreturned phone calls… Unanswered emails… When I finally did talk to the salesman, his promise to “call me back in 15 minutes” with info on how to resolve, was a joke (or a lie)… No call back… I finally decided to send an email to the GM of the dealership to help get this resolved…I also thought it couldn’t hurt to call Jeep Customer Service and get their email address so I could copy them on the email as well, thinking Pollard might take my emails more seriously if Jeep Customer Service was involved.… So I called Jeep Customer Service at 877-426-5337 (no email address on their site).. My experience with Jeep Customer Service was STELLAR… The Jeep Customer Service representative asked me for all the details of my unsatisfactory experience with Pollard including the names of the sales people who I had been in contact with. Jeep insisted on filing a complaint against Pollard on my behalf… This was not even why I called them- their idea, not mine.... The service representative at Jeep said “You should not have to deal with this after the purchase of a new Jeep” … WOW.. something no one at Pollard ever said to me… Jeep Customer Service took control of the entire situation and will resolve quickly and easily.… I sure wish I had called them sooner… They even gave me 4 free oil changes for my trouble… It is SO REASSURING to know that Jeep not only stands behind their brand and reputation, but EXPECTS their dealers to represent the Jeep brand at an exceptional level, delivering excellent customer service. They are extremely interested in hearing when a dealer is not living up to Jeep’s expectations… I would recommend buying somewhere else. Hopefully it will be from a dealer that takes more pride in representing the Jeep brand name than I experienced with Pollard Jeep Boulder. More

There were a bunch of things that happened, the gyst is they have extremely poor comminication skills and are pretty rude. I was having recall done and they reccomended i change my transmition fluid. I agreed to have the fluid changed and they returned my car 2 days late, and transmition fluid was leaking. Called them to resolve this and they were very apprehensive about apologizing. Go to Christian Brothers they do good work and they treat their customers appropriately. More
Dangerous Service Department Very poor service resulted in a near death experience for my daughter. The service department released the vehicle and the rotors and brakes failed. I Very poor service resulted in a near death experience for my daughter. The service department released the vehicle and the rotors and brakes failed. In addition the poor quality of work resulted in two blown tires and two damaged rims. While this is my one and only experience I would not risk a second visit. This dealership needs a major overhaul of management and quality control or they should lose their franchise. More

We drove, 1 hour, from Parker to look at a used Jeep that I had been communicating with another salesman about, happened to be on vacation but set me up with his sales partner. Brian acted as if he was annoyed that we were there, just went through the motions, wouldnt let us take it to our mechanic would not even counter offer on the tradein value. More
From purchase through service an absolute bust From the moment I wrote the check for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee I have been lied to, promises have been broken, I have still not received what was agr From the moment I wrote the check for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee I have been lied to, promises have been broken, I have still not received what was agreed to on contract, and now I don't have a vehicle because I took it in for a routine oil change and to address one of the 3 recall items, and they did something to the vehicle and it will not start now. There lack of and misleading communications are probably the thing I am most upset about. Avoid this dealership at all costs More
Insulted I have never been so poorly treated when looking at a car. In all fairness I test drove a Jeep several months ago and the salesman (whose name I don't I have never been so poorly treated when looking at a car. In all fairness I test drove a Jeep several months ago and the salesman (whose name I don't recall was professional and helpful. But when we were finally ready to replace our car, the experience was terrible. The person we worked with treated us like we were idiots. We asked questions that any reasonable buyer would want to know and the responses were full of irrelevant xx rather than real answers. When we were talking price we had a guaranteed price quote from a service, which was thousands of dollars lower than what the dealer quoted us, which would be ok if they could explain the reason why. When I asked about the details of the particular package listed on dealer quote we were told that's just what the package is and he di not explain to us the details of the package. When we asked why there was a difference between the buying service price and the dealer quote, rather than explaining the difference to us he just told us that he couldn't sell us the vehicle for that price. As we were getting up to leave another salesman came running over to try to save the deal. While I'm sure the second salesman would have done a better job, the first salesman could not have been much worse. Extremely disappointing and we went elsewhere for our new vehicle. More

Pollard Friendly Motors is the Best of Boulder Congrats to Pollard Friendly Motors ( Pollard Jeep) and Jimmy Pollard and fam for running the kind of business we love here in Boulder Colorado!!! We Congrats to Pollard Friendly Motors ( Pollard Jeep) and Jimmy Pollard and fam for running the kind of business we love here in Boulder Colorado!!! We have done business here before and my experience of buying a car here this week gets the "fivest" of 5 stars. Have been pining for a smaller vehicle to drive instead of my ginormous SUV since Boulder started growing into the Silicon Valley ( Hello Google) and the City Council tries to morph us SUV drivers into bicycles ( Hello I guess they forgot it snows in Boulder). Stopped in to Pollard cos I love hometown businesses and their service department has always been great when we had an older jeep that needed anything. Fast and never overpriced or pressuring to do work. First look was an amazing deal on a 2015 with just 5K miles, Jimmy himself came out and helped me for a quick drive. Loved it but more than my budget. Sunday is still "free" looky loo car lot day due to Blue Laws which keep dealers closed and with their families ( not such a bad law) and on our cruise saw a dynamite used vehicle more in the price range. Called up Monday and Jimmy said, "Jan , this will be a great driving long lasting vehicle for you, I'm going to get you a great deal and take care of everything" He did including getting an interest rate tons better than I found at USAA. and on Tuesday, drove out with my sweet smaller car which will fit well within Boulder's tiny lanes on Folsom. DO NOT HESITATE to bring your business to Pollard Jeep, tell Jimmy you read Jan's review on Yelp! Shout out to great staff member Roxanne in the finance office for her help and patience explaining everything and Brian in sales. More
