I live in Boulder, CO and Following extensive internet research looking for a stylish executive mid size SUV, I set my goals on a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I live in Boulder, CO and as a person who believes in stimulating the local economy, the Pollard dealership was top of my list. The sales person that managed the entire transaction was Markus Braun. I found Markus friendly and warmed to his approach very quickly. There was no pushy salesmanship, just someone who listened to questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. I tend to ask a lot of questions and run many scenarios, but Markus was patient and up to the task. I test drove a couple of Jeep variations and Markus explained the differences between the Grand Cherokee configurations. It can get complex but Markus explained very clearly. He knew his stuff. As I narrowed down on precisely what I wanted and a budget, Markus helped to find the right car. There was some too'ing and fro'ing on negotiations and we all arrived at what felt like a win-win scenario. I also found Roxanne in the finance department, a delight to negotiate with and we had quite a blast as both sought a position that felt like a win-win. I am now the proud owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition 2017. It is exactly what I was looking for - an executive class mid size SUV, that will serve both business and personal lives well. From first arriving at the dealership to driving off in the new car, I observed the ambiance and work ethic of the other Pollard staff within the dealership. I felt a professional ambiance and the staff, when approached for help, were friendly and acted immediately. This is my first time purchase of a car from a US dealership and Pollard, in particular Markus, made the experience easy and pleasant. I recommend Pollard if you are looking to buy a new or used Jeep. More

Patient, kind, and warm! I came to the Jeep dealership three months into car shopping, and I had a loooooot of questions and a lot of uncertainty about which car to buy. Kaytl I came to the Jeep dealership three months into car shopping, and I had a loooooot of questions and a lot of uncertainty about which car to buy. Kaytlin showed me a car that was very close to what I was describing, talked me through all of my questions while we stood in the hot sun for close to an hour, and was not pushy at all. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and that helped me work through my indecisiveness. Three days later, I was back to test drive the vehicle. Again, Kaytlin was very patient and relaxed, which helped me relax and get a feel for the vehicle. Two days later, I had purchased the car. Service and Sales Been doing business with Pollard Jeep for a little over a year now. The majority of my experiences have been with the service department for our Jeep Been doing business with Pollard Jeep for a little over a year now. The majority of my experiences have been with the service department for our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mike, Andy and Brian have been our contacts and have all been very attentive, honest and a pleasure to interact with. Kudos to Andy for the extremely long hours he puts in. There at 7Am and still there at 7PM (Based on the calls related to our service needs) In July we leased a new 2017 Jeep Compass which has been a joy to drive and the fuel economy has met expectations. Mark Chambers was our Sales representative and we felt very comfortable with his attention to our needs. Finance went without a hitch and very quickly considering it was a Saturday and we were there until 8PM. Special recognition to your phone / receptionist. Always a pleasant voice. More
