Fowler Honda of Longmont responded

Our records show battery cable corrosion was present on this vehicle from the time of its first maintenance with us in Jan 2011 with 78K miles. We recommended further investigation to determine the extent of the corrosion this was declined. Battery maintenance was declined in subsequent services. When the vehicle was towed in in May, we found a severely corroded battery cable, making it necessary to replace the entire wiring harness. During re-assembly our tech used a wrong screw, creating a grounding fault. It was not detected on our test drive, and the car died shortly after being picked up. We provided the tow and repairs and are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. It was three week later the starter failed. Frontier Honda has been in business in Longmont for 25 years, we always strive to be honest and fair with our customers, and regret your dissatisfaction.
