I wanted a commuter car and looking at the Fit and other small cars I found they were to small. Started looking at the next size up and I drove Mazda 3, Honda CIVIC, Ford Focus, Nissan Leaf. I narrowed it small cars I found they were to small. Started looking at the next size up and I drove Mazda 3, Honda CIVIC, Ford Focus, Nissan Leaf. I narrowed it down to the Honda and Mazda. I went back to Frontier Honda 5 times and test drove the CIVIC. Bruce and John never got upset with me test driving over and over. Everyone was very customer service oriented. They knew all the features of the car. They answered all my questions. The Mazda sales guy was great too. His sales manager on the other hand was the typical car sales man not such a good feeling from him! My gut said run away. I went back to Frontier one last time and I am glad I did. We worked out a great deal and bought the car that night, Everyone that was there that night including the finance guy was still friendly at 9PM. So far its been the best commuter car ever. When was the last time you bought a car and felt that you got a fair deal? I recommend Frontier Honda along with Bruce and John to everyone that asks, where did you get the great looking car! More

Michael Miller was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant and laid back. The entire staff at Frontier Honda was kind and courteous. The finance department worked extra hard to make sure we got the financing we needed, despite our less than perfect credit. We would definitely recommend Michael Miller and Frontier Honda. Just bought a 2013 CR-V at Frontier Honda today. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone I know purchasing a car. We live in the area but started by requesting an internet quote from Frontier. We quickly received an email and a call from Frontier (Michael Miller) with a quote. They offered us a very fair, straight forward, and competitive price (that other nearby Honda dealerships would not match). Michael Miller and the other Frontier staff were very professional and friendly, and it was genuine...not that fake friendly and aggressive/pushy behavior you so often encounter at dealerships (i.e. they weren't constantly trying to toot their own horn and tell us how great they were, but rather they spent more time listening to our needs and and answering our questions). Also, they did not cut any corners or rush the buying process, which I appreciate. We all know that closing the deal on a new car takes time and sometimes you just want it to be over with, but we all also know that in the end it pays to cross all the Is and Ts and Frontier Honda does not disppoint. What I really appreciated about them is that they were not offended or put off by the fact that we had done our homework, sought out several other quotes, and visited other dealerships (at least if they were, they didn't show it at all). They respected us for our need to get the most out of our dollar and they did NOT nickel and dime us. After the purchase of the car, Michael Miller introduced us to the service/repair staff. Talk about good customer service - funny friendly folks. They even offer a 1xmonth pizza evening for new Frontier car owners to learn more about their cars, etc. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by Frontier Honda because in the past I have not had similar experiences with other dealerships. Walked in to look at the new Pilot and no one spoke to us for the 10 minutes we looked at the vehicle so we left. We went to check out some other make vehicles, but returned because we wanted to buy a Pilot. for the 10 minutes we looked at the vehicle so we left. We went to check out some other make vehicles, but returned because we wanted to buy a Pilot. After standing near the vehicle looking bored for 10 more minutes, someone offered to get us a salesman. He came and acted like we had bothered him by asking questions. He had no product knowledge and had to borrow our pamphlet to check the specs. We asked for a price on a specific model and accessory package so he went behind a wall and came out with the wrong model price twice. We were ready to buy and the service we got made us leave without purchasing. We plan to still buy a Pilot, but not from this dealership. More

Not only was the staff highly knowledgeable, but I truly felt li Hall, and Jim in particular) made my experience with Frontier Honda such a pleasure! Not only was the staff highly knowledgeable, but I truly felt like a part of the Frontier family. John was always happy to answer my (many) questions and (many) phone calls and Monte took a great deal of care and patience when going over my vehicle specs with me. Jim is truly a delight and altogether the team of staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. I truly can not say enough good things about this dealership and my experience with them; I would highly recommend them to everyone. More
