We visited Frontier Honda three times in the last two weeks while we were trying to determine the kind of SUV we wanted to buy. Visited Frontier Honda while shopping for a used car for my daughter in Longmont and was privileged to work with Elizabeth Frame as my salesperson. Strongly suggest you consider this dealership and that you ask specifically for this salesperson if she is available. She was knowledgeable about the cars I looked at, provided good education information about the features of the car. Was very impressed with her honesty and straightforward manner. Both she and her sales manager (Eric if I remember correctly) were straightforward during the negotiations and I purchased the vehicle after making an offer and receiving a counter offer. Soooooo many car dealerships treat customers like a con-man treats the person they are attempting to take advantage of, but I found Frontier Honda (specifically Elizabeth) to be a breath of fresh air. There was no game playing, no high pressure, no half truths and no attempts to tack on ridiculously overpriced services such as $1000 glass etching or $800 stain resistant treatments (which essentially are two cans of Scotchguard). Apparently Frontier Honda values customers enough to treat them with integrity unlike the slimy lot lizards so prevalent at even the largest of dealerships in the area. It appeared to me that this dealership was doing a brisk business and that the customers purchasing cars were relaxed and treated like valued customers. Tim Barber More
I went back to Frontier Honda because of my previous experience with my current Honda. The sales person I encountered was Elizabeth Frame. She listened to what I wanted. We were told at a different Hon experience with my current Honda. The sales person I encountered was Elizabeth Frame. She listened to what I wanted. We were told at a different Honda dealership we could not get the colors we wanted, interior and exterior. Elizabeth showed us the book with the colors available to choose from and they were different then what the other Honda dealer showed us. We got the vehicle we wanted within 24 hours working. When we went to pick up our new 2014 Honda CRV-EX, Elizabeth took the time we needed to learn about our new car. She showed us how all the seats operate, Bluetooth, how to adjust the steering wheel, explained how traction control works, the radio, the clock, how rear view camera works, how the sun roof operates. She also explained about the engine and the oil changes, she explained how the vehicle would let us know what needs o be done for maintenance. She was much more knowledgeable than other dealership sales people. I will recommend Frontier Honda to anyone who is looking to buy a Honda. I will recommend Elizabeth Frame to anyone who wants to get what they want, not just settle for what is available in the lot. More

I had stopped in with my wife to check out used Honda CRV's because my wife was interested in getting one. We were looking over their inventory when Chris came up and introduced himself. I had warned my wife about car salesmen and the high pressure they use. Chris was like an old friend from the moment we met. I've dealt with more then my share of salesmen in my time and I was taken aback by his cool and casual demeanor. His knowledge of the machines from bumper to bumper was impressive. Safety was obviously paramount with Chris and made me feel comfortable knowing he was truly concerned with us not only as customers. Had Chris thrown me a typical sales pitch that night I probably would have just listened and walked away. Instead I went back down there the very next morning and my wife drove that CRV off the lot for her birthday present. I went car browsing and became a satisfied Honda owner because I felt comfortable dealing with Chris Loan. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a man you can trust to walk them through the process of buying a car without pressure. More
When I first went onto the lot everyone I met was friendly and did their job without pressure to make a sale. It was obvious that people were available to help and when help was needed it took no ti friendly and did their job without pressure to make a sale. It was obvious that people were available to help and when help was needed it took no time to get into a car for a test drive. The atmosphere inside the dealership was friendly and professional. The space was comfortable and clean, employees were busy but relaxed and good natured. Closing the deal got a bit tedious with all the paperwork, but the salesman, Chris, did a great job of keeping things moving and explaining all the steps and details in the transaction. Chris did a great all around and I feel comfortable calling him back if I have any questions about the car. I would be happy to do business with Frontier Honda again in the future. More

(yes an engineer who likes to read detail and observe), I knew where my trade-in was. I knew what a fair price would be for a new car. I did not need to be sold on the car I purchased by the time I had visited. Chris communicates and listens well. He shares his knowledge when you want him too and tries to understand your needs. He is sensitive to both verbal and non-verbal queues. He is knowledgeable in both the financial and auto world. I have purchased 8 new cars and 14 used cars throughout my life... And I would rate the experience in the top 3. Ultimately, in the closing, the sales manager was responsible for the final agreement and you won't be let down there either. I understand about business and there is a median one can meet where everyone is happy... fair cost to me, fair trade-in value and fair profit are part of the negotiation. When you communicate honestly and with integrity in that mind-set, I found Frontier Honda to be exceptional in this class. I have recommended them already and share my experience here. More

I visited a few dealers in my area and then went to Frontier Honda and spoke with Sammy Valdez. He was direct, knowledgeable and personable. I told him what I could put down and what I was willing to pay monthly. Based on that criteria he presented me with several options and explained the ins and outs of each deal. I took the information home and compared it to quotes from other dealers. After doing my research on the quality of each car, resale value and maintenance costs, I decided the Accord was the best buy for my budget. I went back to Sammy and discussed the details. He honored our original conversation and we made a deal. He even included the tint job. I walked out with the car I wanted and couldn't be more satisfied. More
