John was very easy to work with and did not pressure me at all. He was thoughtful and provided ideas and options regarding various trim levels. He was also very patient as I went back and forth between dealers looking at different vehicles. John offered to drive the vehicle to my house and present it to my wife if I wanted. Frontier allows their customers to take vehicles for test drives without Frontier employees, so that made it easier to evaluate the Pilot on a couple of test drives. Once I made the decision to move forward with the Pilot, John and the others at Frontier were very helpful walking me through the details of maintaining and operating the vehicle. The Pilot has a lot of tech features, so John showed me how all of that works. From beginning to end of the process, the Frontier folks were very friendly, professional, and low pressure. Best car buying experience ever We began our search for a new Honda CRV by contacting Frontier Honda via the internet, and their internet sales manager Chris Loan responded immediate We began our search for a new Honda CRV by contacting Frontier Honda via the internet, and their internet sales manager Chris Loan responded immediately and often over the next three days while we "talked" about price, models, financing and our needs. Chris always responded to our emails immediately and always had the answers we wanted. He had us do the online finance app so we could save time and then presented us with all the options that were available at Frontier, so we were able to select our CRV and put the down payment on it before even leaving our home. When we went today to finalize the deal, Chris greeted us at the door and had our new CRV waiting for us. The remaining paperwork was completed in minutes instead of hours, and the final numbers were even a little lower than Chris had estimated, which was great. This has been the easiest and definitely most pleasant car buying experience of our lives, and Chris Loan made it all happen. Thanks to Chris and Frontier Honda for making us happy. More

It was a welcome change from the usual high pressure car sales nonsense. When I first contacted Chris about the car I was out of the country and trying to line up a car for my return. He was patient with my situation and, throughout the process, stayed in contact and answered questions promptly but I never felt pressured or harassed. We were able to agree on a good price through email. When I finally returned to Colorado and went to see the car it was every bit as beautiful as he had been saying it was. The sale went smoothly from there and Chris even helped me shuttle the car to Boulder. Overall I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Frontier Honda and Chris to anyone looking for a car. More
