Excellent service I love Fowler Ford! I bought my truck brand new when it was Joe Cooper ford and when they sold it to Fowler I was skeptical, but my first service with I love Fowler Ford! I bought my truck brand new when it was Joe Cooper ford and when they sold it to Fowler I was skeptical, but my first service with Fowler after the takeover was excellent! I have been plenty of times and will remain a customer at Fowler forever. Their service department is super and the technicians are excellent. Couldn’t ask for more! Keep up the excellent service. Bad Experience Showed up for a recall to be fixed and was told it didn’t qualify for a loaner and would take 6 hours. Was then told the shuttle would be leaving in a few minutes. Waited and waited....started walking around asking questions and was told the shuttle driver was in the bathroom. Waited 40 minutes and was finally taken back to my office. Then the service tech called and left me a voicemail telling me that there was an F150 there and asked if I wanted it. I had to call back and confirm that it was ready for pick up. I get there and he points out that there was no charge and he’s “getting it out the door for $0 today”. I’d hope so, it was a recall. He hands me the keys and says he can go get it for me if I want him to. I ask him where it is and he says right around the corner. I go outside and the truck is no where to be found and the remote won’t work. I asked a guy where they parked trucks that were finished. He grabs the keys and returns 5 minutes later.....right around what corner exactly???? I won’t be back to this location. More

Horrible - edited I scheduled an appointment online (to hopefully save time and there was a $5 off for doing so). I was told 1-1.5 hours for my 50k mile maintenance/oi I scheduled an appointment online (to hopefully save time and there was a $5 off for doing so). I was told 1-1.5 hours for my 50k mile maintenance/oil change when I arrived. THREE hours later someone came to check me out. Initially they tried to charge me for someone else’s services until I questioned what was done. The services on my paperwork didn’t match what I had selected online. The price didn’t match what it showed online, and no one could really tell me if what I had selected was done in the last 3 hours. Update: Jessica from Fowler called me about my service. She went over the services I received, and apologized for the lack of communication and wait. I will try them again. More
