The service department at Fowler Ford is horrible. I took my Explorer in on March 27, 2021 and they still have my truck sitting in the back by the fence no one working on it. Since they have had my truck and they told me that they had all the parts to fix it they lied. My wind shield has been broken by them. They have told me for the past month and a half that it will be ready Thursday. Thursday comes and goes and my Explorer is still not fixed. They have made so many mistakes and they have refused to give me a loaner. There have been so many LIES told to me about my Explorer that it really sad. If your Ford needs servicing please seek another Ford Dealership I would never recommend Fowler to anyone More

Monday morning appointment to diagnose a check engine light on a F150 and still no call from them until late Friday evening. That is too long a time frame for me.
