Bought a 2010 Fusion from a local dealer, it had a recall on wheel lug nuts, took it to Joe Cooper, Tulsa. They did the work, and checked the car out, gave me a report on brakes tires battery and other point on wheel lug nuts, took it to Joe Cooper, Tulsa. They did the work, and checked the car out, gave me a report on brakes tires battery and other points, and did the recall, price = 0 expected it for the recall but they did the check out too. Very Pleased, and Brooklynn was EXCELLENT A++ for service!! More

Took car in for service - actually did NOT do the work the first time when they said it was completed - had to return and we caught them - wouldn't even admit they were wrong and tried to rip us off! More
