1 Hour oil change takes 2 hours instead Used the complimentary free oil change from when I bought the truck new. Scheduled an appt. for 10am. Pulled in and got zero acknowledgement from the employees present. Asked the service adviser about how long it would take..1 hour. O.k..fine. Watched the Price is Right on t.v. browsed their lot something for me (the truck is my wife's) One hour turns into two. I finally watch them pull the truck around while I'm watching the service adviser on the phone and talking to people. Then I see him grab his lunch sack and leave.. No oil change should take a 1/4 of the work day.. More

This visit is unfortunately going to require a second visit to actually correct the problem I went in for. My driver's side front wiper needed replacing and my passenger front wiper got replaced! I had purchased a wiper and thought this would be a quick replacement. I was told it was the wrong wiper and told the desk rep to have them replace it with one on site. I was out in less than an hour (they were busy) and actually paid only a dollar more for the wipers I purchased. The next morning it was raining and that's when I discovered the wrong wiper had been replaced! I am going back to get this corrected and ask why they didn't look at the wiper before replacing it or look at the service ticket. I will be back--this is a rare misstep--they are great people to take your vehicle to! More

Showed up a few mins early, was told by service manager Gil that since a bunch of people without appointments had come in it would be hours before I could get my scheduled oil change! Gil is the most condescending person I have ever met! He could not believe I would not accept the fact he wasted my Saturday! The Fowler managment is aware and does not care. To add insult to injury Fowler called and wanted to know why I had missed my appointment. Maybe when I told them what had happened they "politely" hung up. Check out Fowler Fords Yelp reviews. Maybe they just treated me this way because I am a 100% serbice connected disabled vet and they did not want me cluttering up their waiting room. More
