Worst experience ever. Fowler Ford's service department and technicians are complete idiots and crooks. Drove my car to the dealership and they had it for weeks replace the Fowler Ford's service department and technicians are complete idiots and crooks. Drove my car to the dealership and they had it for weeks replace the TCM under warranty and a shift actuator that I paid for which they tried to charge me over 160 bucks to replace which was only four bolts and one plug just for me to have to tow my car home and upon further inspection they broke the connectors going to the TCM so they were barely hanging on and when they fell out and I plugged them back in now I have no communication to my TCM. So thank you very much Fowler Ford you pieces of crap. We'll be taking my car back to aamco from now on. Had work done there twice and never had a single problem. So much for Ford mechanics actually knowing how to work on freaking Fords. More
I’ve been using Fowler Ford for approximately 5 years and have had no complaints. I recently took my vehicle in for Sync update and the screen went black but after talking with Jon in the service department, have had no complaints. I recently took my vehicle in for Sync update and the screen went black but after talking with Jon in the service department, they picked up my vehicle from home and had it repaired the same day. I’m very pleased with how they treated me as a valued customer and took care of me. I will continue to use Fowler Ford. Thank you! More
I called the dealership and SkiAnn was professional, pleasant and very helpful. She got me in immediately and for an oil change. While I was there, she also replaced the battery in my key remote. She le pleasant and very helpful. She got me in immediately and for an oil change. While I was there, she also replaced the battery in my key remote. She let me know about the wear on brakes. Honestly it was a refreshing experience to be treated with such respect and kindness. I highly recommend SkiAnn. More

Went to have my commercial vehicle serviced. Got there at 8 am and didn’t leave until 5pm! Not good! I won’t be using them for my vehicles again. The only reason I can give Fowler Ford a one star is due to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 mo to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 months and is still there now. During the 5 months we received the truck back 3 times and each time it still did not run. Over the 3 times maybe we had the truck back a total of 7 days. I am not sure how Ford is allowing this dealership to operate under it’s brand. Please do not take your vehicle here. More

I had earlier and spoke to Thomas Vaughn. He looked up service schedule for my vehicle and got me lined out on what services I needed. Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke to Anthony Ybarra, again knowledge and friendly. He got the paperwork done quickly and had the truck in to a tech within 20 minutes. I had received a mail service coupon but could not locate it at home. Anthony directed me to ford online coupons, which had the one I was mailed. Saved me 150.00 $ on my services. As usual staff at Fowler great. They got my 3 services, transmission flush, radiator flush and diesel fuel filters changed in under 3.5 hrs. More
