Kevin was not your typical "used car salesman"... He was very polite, respectful, worked well with my wife. We bought an Expedition which was much larger than her previous SUV, he encour salesman"... Took car in for service - actually did NOT do the work the first time when they said it was completed - had to return and we caught them - wouldn't even admit they were wrong and tried to rip us off! After visiting a couple of other Ford Dealers in town looking at F150s, I had made up my mind that all car salesmen were crooks. Jim Rowin is not that guy. He gave me some time to look around without b looking at F150s, I had made up my mind that all car salesmen were crooks. Jim Rowin is not that guy. He gave me some time to look around without being hassled, answered all my questions, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He even paired my phone to the SYNC in my truck! I was quoted a lower price for a truck at another dealer, but because of Jim I paid a little more for alot better service. I recommend everyone to visit with Jim Rowin if they are looking for a new Ford. More
