Fast and efficient and very polite Just bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Was very interested in trying it out after seeing it on-line and reviewing the details. Was met by Curtis Smith at dealership and told him the car I wanted to look at and drive. Loved the car from the moment I started driving it. Was very impressed with the efficiency and care Curtis took in showing me all about the car, inside and out before I drove it. Decided to buy the car that night and was very pleased with how polite Curtis was in helping me get the best deal and how smoothly it all went. And especially the paperwork of the financing of it. Mitch, was excellent and the most pleasant experience I've ever had in the financing department. Although I know they wanted very much for me to buy the car, I never felt the impersonal pressure usually experienced with car salesmen. More

After finding out more of what my son was looking for in a car they took the time to only show him those like it and not push any other type of car on my son. Good service reps and mechanics I have received updates and recall service with my Jeep I was treated well and was satisfied my experience. They restored my hope of being taken care I have received updates and recall service with my Jeep I was treated well and was satisfied my experience. They restored my hope of being taken care of unlike the purchase experience at another Jeep dealership which no customer should endure. I feel if a service rep promises to call back with information that they do so. I will continue go to this dealership. More
Revision to previous posting My experience with the purchase of a 2015 Dodge eco deisel was fine but now that i need service work on the truck it has been a nightmare i call to se My experience with the purchase of a 2015 Dodge eco deisel was fine but now that i need service work on the truck it has been a nightmare i call to set an appointment an asked about getting a loaner truck i then get told i will call you back but no phone calls returned, i received free oil changes and will try to get that done and take the truck to another dealer for warranty work. Service after the sale is something that needs to be looked into before purchasing. Rick W. More

So we set up appointments (a week out) and made sure they had the parts for the recall, asked how long it would take. They told us specifically, if we would have them in there at 8:00am that they could get them out in a half day. So we showed up at 7:30am left trucks then come 2:00pm we started wondering about them. We called and not only had they not touched them but they asked if they could keep them another day. It's pretty easy "Say what you will do, and do what you say" if your not staffed to do what you say then have people smart enough and enough integrity to be honest with the customers. This is the second and last time I will believe that they will be honest with the customer(me). I would not recommend this dealership, at least the service dept. the "sales" side may be fine. I'll never know, we have 14 Dodge trucks in our company. More

Other dealers advertise a lower price but guess what? You won't qualify for all there "special" incentives. You can't even pay cash and get that price. Fowler Dodge had competitive prices, they were completely transparent, the staff was professional and the dealership was clean and not cram packed with no space to look around (or park for that matter). I would recommend them to all my friends and family. More
Vehicle Misrepresented The employees were nice enough but I specifically asked, on two occasions, to verify that the Tahoe I was coming to look at had 3rd row seating. I str The employees were nice enough but I specifically asked, on two occasions, to verify that the Tahoe I was coming to look at had 3rd row seating. I stressed how I was coming from 4 hours away and that I needed a 3rd row seat. After getting there, it did not. I was very disappointed that they did not do their due diligence and instead I feel they just gave a lazy answer both times. I asked to speak with a manager when I was at the dealership but was just told "all they can do is apologize". After 2 tanks of gas, 2 grumpy kids, and 8 hours in the car for a completely wasted trip I am far from happy with their customer service. In hindsight I should have requested that they send me pictures. More
